And welcome to Open Water Certification - your ticket to the most spectacular adventures on earth. SPE Dive School offers the best beginner SCUBA diving lessons in the D.C. metro area. To get certified, there are three simple steps to complete:
  1. Satisfy written course requirements and pass the exam
  2. Demonstrate pool skills
  3. Complete four open water check-out dives
